Today we went swimming (yes we have a pool - it is amazing). I was just sitting there in the pool, listening to Forrest and Drew play cops and robbers (pool version) in the background, looking at the gorgeous sunset. All the brilliant colors of orange, pink, red, blue in the sky as the sun went down behind the mountain lined with palm trees. It was so beatiful. And I just felt so overwhelmed with happiness. This truly is a beautiful and wonderful world and there is so much good in it.
Life is beautiful.
On a completely different note, we had family pictures taken with the Ledbetter family over labor day weekend when we were in Utah. ok, I LOVE those pictures that Jacki took of you guys. She is really good! Does she live in Salt Lake? Will you give me her info? I might have her do our family photos if she's in our area and not too expensive.
So glad you're loving California - can't wait to come and visit!!!
That is so much fun, we live in the desert and we don't have a pool, somethings are just not fair!
We will have to get together with you guys soon. We are hoping to go down to the Temple in October, so we will see.
We are looking to take family pictures over Halloween with Matt's family. She did a pretty awesome job. I will have to check her out..
